Eliminating Workplace Harassment

Workplace harassment is unacceptable - and against the law. Your goal as a leader should be to avoid and eliminate harassment altogether. This workshop arms you to identify and address any harassment while building a workplace culture of openness to all.

• Understand harassment - what it is, how it may be manifested, the importance of perceptions, related laws
• Know the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees
• Recognize words and actions that constitute harassment
• Learn best practices for implementing anti-harassment policies, educating employees, holding people accountable
• Know how to address accusations of harassment, apply appropriate mediation procedures and deal with implications during and after claims and/or instances of harassment
